Season opener of the Prototype Cup Germany cancelled

For safety reasons, the opening weekend of the Prototype Cup Germany was cancelled on Saturday morning at Spa-Francorchamps before the second qualifying session was held. The reason for the cancellation was the poor weather conditions with snow and asphalt temperatures of just 1.5 degrees Celsius. The organisers state on their website that they will shortly check whether the two races at Spa-Francorchamps can be rescheduled for a later date in the racing calendar.
The schedule now continues with the Prototype Cup Germany at the Lausitzring from 24-26 May 2024, before the legendary 24-hour race (1 - 2 June 2024) at the Nürburgring awaits the Frikadelli Racing team a week later.
